Overview Assists staff with clerical support as needed. Clerical support includes directing incoming calls and responding to patient calls, assists with referrals, assists with creating patient charts upon admission, and secretarial supply levels and being responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment. Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:Education: HS Diploma/GED required. Experience: Requires previous patient care and/or two years clerical experience with successful work history. Familiarity with medical terminology and completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant and/or Huntsville Hospital Health Care Assistant course preferred.
