Description RESPONSIBILITIES: High-performing brand ambassadors with exemplary interpersonal and customer service skills, focused on promoting and coordinating care at Emory Healthcare for employees (Emory and corporate partner employees). Serves as a liaison between employees and Emory Healthcare providers and staff. Assesses employee's needs and coordinates care with the appropriate physicians, care teams, services, or community resources within established procedures and guidelines. Develops customized care itineraries and plans that meet the unique health and lifestyle needs of employees. Suggests and implements new and innovative services to improve employee health. Coordinates with the office of wellbeing to incorporate wellness initiatives into healthcare offerings. Coordinates with EHC marketing and community engagement teams on outreach activities, such as education, health fairs, and screenings. Provides consistent onsite presence and concierge service in order to build strong relationships and improve employee satisfaction with their healthcare. Partners and proactively participates with all levels of the leadership team on driving results in various initiatives. Develop mechanisms to measure effectiveness and success of these activities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor¿s degree preferred and two years healthcare, customer services or related job experience preferred. Detail-oriented, effective communication skills, problem solving, interpersonal and customer service skills. No performance or disciplinary issues. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Critical thinking and requires minimum supervision to carry out day-to-day duties. Drives performance of health initiatives to goal and takes pride in achieving improved outcomes. Exceptional skill and knowledge in scheduling across a wide range of healthcare services. Deep knowledge of Patient Access operations. Keen knowledge and/or interest in employee health & wellness. Resourceful, solution oriented, focused, and dependable. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (Medium): 20-50 lbs; 0-33% of the work day (occasionally); 11-25 lbs, 34-66% of the workday (frequently); 01-10 lbs, 67-100% of the workday (constantly); Lifting 50 lbs max; Carrying of objects up to 25 lbs; Occasional to frequent standing & walking, Occasional sitting, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing), Physical demands may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS: Factors affecting environment conditions may vary depending on the assigned work area and tasks. Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation , Shift work, Travel may be required.
