REQUIREMENTS:
· Provide a secure, safe and friendly environment in the Health & Wellness Center area at the YMCA. This is accomplished through a variety of support services and direct services rendered to members and staff
· Candidate must have excellent customer service skills
· CPR/AED and First-Aid certifications
· Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment
· Age 18 and older
· Excellent communication skills and personal presentation skills
· Provide member service through the following responsibilities:
· Greet each member with a smile and hello. Make eye contact with members
· Phone members regarding orientation sign-up and upcoming Health and Wellness events and promotions
· Report any equipment problems to the Health and Wellness Director
· Report members concerns and feedback to the Health & Wellness Director
· Ensure that age restrictions are being enforced
· Ensure that members are not loitering in the Health and Wellness Center
· Maintain a clean environment
· I will adhere to all policies and procedures related to child abuse prevention
