Qualifications Basic Qualifications & Experience Licensed Practical Nurse licensure required, in good standing, in the state of employment. 1-year experience in a supervisory capacity. Experienced with electronic medical database experience required. 1 year experience in an Assisted Living setting. Must be able to read, write and speak the English language. Must possess excellent customer service skills Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Moderate physical activity required by handling objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently. Possible exposure to chemicals, blood borne pathogens and other communicable diseases Sits, stands, bends, and moves intermittently during working hours. Is subject to frequent interruptions. Interacts with residents, family members, visitors frequently.
