Here’s to crafting careers and creating new legacies. Crafted Highlights: In the role of Health and Wellness Nurse, you will be working onsite (5 days a week, M-F) in Trenton, Ohio. You will oversee the treatment of ill/injured employees, including workers’ compensation, medical first response, and return-to-work and disability programs. This position is part of the Brewery safety team, reports to the Safety Manager and works closely with human resources and operations. What You’ll Be Brewing: Oversee and manage the workers’ compensation program, including providing case management and advocacy for employees Consult with safety and operations on observed work processes and behaviors Provide oversight and coordinate training for the site’s Medical First Response program Support Assures that First Responders have certifications Manage and coordinate disability programs and provide clinical review and consultation to human resources on the management of the Family Medical Leave program Provide clinical case management of the non-occupational health disability programs (sick time, sickness & accident, and short-term and long-term disability) Lead the development and management of the Return-to-Work program Manage the Occupational Health Testing and surveillance program Perform/facilitate testing for the hearing conservation and respiratory protection programs to assure compliance with OSHA and corporate safety/health standards Coordinate the blood borne pathogen training program Develop and manage site employee wellness program Support EHS Pillar activities, including incident elimination inspections and other assigned initiatives Assist with ergonomic assessments and improvement actions Order and manage medical supplies, including creating purchase orders (POs) on a monthly basis Perform additional EHS- and health-related tasks as assigned by the EHS Manager Spend regular time on the shop floor observing employee work activities to support ergonomic and injury prevention projects Key Ingredients: Possess a nursing certificate/degree (LPN, LVN, etc.) and/or five (5) years experience in occupational/industrial health, ergonomics and safety Five (5) years experience in workers compensation case management Proficient in using multiple software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to document, analyze, and communicate EHS information. Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel‑based EHS reports and dashboards using pivot tables, charts, formulas, and linked spreadsheets to track, trend, analyze, and present safety data (e.g., incident counts, classifications, body parts, root causes) to support decision‑making and continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills and ability to present information data and propose solutions based on identified gaps. Pay and Benefits: At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $69,800.00 - $91,600.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days). The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
