Job Summary DSI Security Services is hiring Healthcare Access Control Specialists for HH Health System Huntsville Hospital's main campus. As a Healthcare Access Control Specialist, you will serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for patients, visitors, employees, and guests. This role combines customer service, visitor management, and security responsibilities to help maintain a safe, secure, and positive healthcare environment. You will assist visitors, issue visitor credentials, monitor access points, provide directions, answer questions, and support hospital staff by ensuring access control procedures are followed. AVAILABLE SCHEDULES OPTION 1 * Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM * Wednesday: 6-hour shift OPTION 2 * Wednesday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM * Saturday: 6-hour shift All schedules average 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available. PAID TRAINING All new hires must successfully complete one week of paid training conducted Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM prior to beginning their assigned schedule.
