Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Healthcare Account Executive, you’ll be the face of Aviator across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior care settings in your territory. Your primary goal is to build strong referral relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and providers. You’ll grow a pipeline of inbound referrals, deliver presentations, and work closely with our internal team to ensure families are connected with the care they need.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building trusted relationships, and is passionate about transforming the healthcare experience for seniors and families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive referrals from hospitals, SNFs, and provider offices by developing and nurturing relationships with discharge planners, case managers, and physicians.
  • Own and grow your book of accounts by consistently engaging with partners through in-person meetings, drop-ins, presentations, and email/phone outreach.
  • Educate referral partners on Aviator’s Patient Advocate model and how our services help families during transitions in care.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, referral sources, and our care coordination team to ensure timely onboarding and excellent service.
  • Represent Aviator at community events and local healthcare networking opportunities to grow brand awareness and credibility in your market.
  • Contribute to process improvement by sharing learnings from the field and helping shape playbooks, educational content, and referral tools.

    Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
