Join our Leadership team at Three Crowns Park as the Healthcare Administrator based in Evanston, IL. Three Crowns Park is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) within the not-for-profit Covenant Living organization. The Healthcare Administrator position leads our Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care teams.

The Healthcare Administrator reports directly to the Executive Director, and is accountable for delivering exceptional business outcomes in the areas of financial health, quality of healthcare services, employee and resident satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. The role is also responsible for leadership of several functional areas, including healthcare, social services, therapy services, and activities. The Healthcare Administrator serves as the Healthcare Compliance Liaison.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Required Degree : Bachelor’s Degree is required. Emphasis in Healthcare Administration is preferred.
Certificate(s): Active IL Healthcare Administrator license
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Administrator
Experience in Skilled Nursing / Long Term care is required.
Experience with Medicare is required.
Experience mentoring, motivating, and developing staff. Experience as a manager of people.
Experience understanding clinical operations with well-developed clinical operations knowledge.
Experience in a multi-site organization is a plus.
Experience building relationships in a matrix organization is a plus.
Experience with survey.
Experience with FTE management / labor management.
Compensation Pay Range: $112,400.00 - $144,950.00 per year
Reasonable Pay Estimate A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $112,400.00 - $144,950.00 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and external equity.
