  • Pay Rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour
  • Shifts: Part Time Nights | 10pm to 7am

MEET OUR CLIENT

We’re currently supporting a young boy with complex needs and looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team on a 1:1 basis.
He is a lively and engaging individual who enjoys a wide variety of activities. He especially loves playing with Nerf guns, singing along to nursery rhymes and enjoys a simple game of cards.
You’ll engage in the activates he enjoys and help to create a reassuring atmosphere where he feels safe and supported. You’ll also support with all aspects of daily living, including meeting his personal care needs, carrying out regular observations and managing his clinical interventions overnight.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE MANAGING CHALLENGING BEHAVIOURS AND SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONFIDENTLY EXPLAIN THEIR USE OF AVERSION TACTICS, AND DE-ESCALATION TECHNIQUES
