• Helping residents with the everyday things - washing, dressing, eating, getting around - in a way that respects their dignity and independence
• Getting to know the people you support and their families, so care feels personal, not procedural
• Supporting mealtimes, activities, and the small daily moments that make a real difference
• Working as part of a close team who look out for each other, not just the residents
• Keeping accurate records and flagging anything that needs attention - we'll train you on this properly
