A day in the life of a Healthcare Assistant will involve:

• Providing invaluable contribution to the Community Crisis Support Service and its users.
• Providing short term crisis support to people in their homes, helping to keep them out of hospital.
• Assessing clients’ needs and develop a care plan to fit them.
• Providing support with personal care, medication prompts, end of life care, light meal and drinks preparation and emotional support.
