What you'll do

You'll:

  • Assess and treat a varied private MSK caseload
  • Understand each client's goals and develop individualised treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment, education and rehabilitation
  • Use objective assessment and reassessment to demonstrate progress
  • Progress rehabilitation programmes and support clients to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Manage clients from initial assessment through to discharge
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
  • Maintain accurate clinical records
  • Participate in clinical supervision, case reviews and training
  • Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Refer appropriately and recommend other services when they genuinely benefit the client

Your caseload and level of autonomy will grow as your clinical skills develop.

We're looking for someone who is warm, curious, ambitious and accountable, with a genuine interest in becoming an excellent MSK clinician.

You'll need:

  • BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy
  • HCPC registration before starting employment
  • UK graduates awaiting confirmation of registration may apply
  • CSP membership, or eligibility to join
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A genuine interest in MSK physiotherapy
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A curious and thorough approach to assessment and clinical reasoning
  • A willingness to ask questions, learn from feedback and continually improve
  • A professional, organised and accountable approach
  • The ability to work collaboratively across different clinical disciplinesPrevious MSK placement experience is beneficial, but we're primarily looking for clinical potential, warmth, curiosity and a commitment to excellent patient care.

You don't need experience in all of our specialist services or technology. We'll train and support you.
