What you’ll do: Deliver personal care and support to our residents, under the guidance of our Registered Nurses. Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and your team. Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment by following our care standards and procedures. What you’ll bring: At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a similar role. A compassionate nature and genuine empathy for older adults. Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts.
