What you’ll do: Deliver personal care and support to our residents, under the guidance of our Registered Nurses. Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and your team. Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment by following our care standards and procedures. What you’ll bring: At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a similar role. A compassionate nature and genuine empathy for older adults. Clear communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and night shifts. Responsibilities

The Healthcare Assistant will deliver personal care and support to residents under the guidance of Registered Nurses, while also building respectful relationships with residents, families, and the team. Responsibilities also include maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by adhering to care standards and procedures.
