A well-established training GP practice in West Birmingham is looking to recruit a new Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their friendly and supportive team.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a large, well-rounded practice with a strong clinical and non-clinical team, including 3 GP partners, 11 salaried GPs, 5 specialist nurses, pharmacists, social prescribers, and a large admin team. With one HCA already in post, they're now looking to expand the team further.

You'll be involved in a wide range of clinical duties, including: Phlebotomy, NHS Health checks, ECGs, Vaccinations & B12 injections, Chronic disease reviews, Blood monitoring, Care home visits, Assist in minor surgeries

Essential for this position:

• Minimum 6 months' experience in general practice as an HCA
• Confident across core HCA duties
• Experience using EMIS Web
• A proactive, team-focused approach
