Responsibilities

Healthcare Assistants are instrumental in providing care to patients and supporting the clinical team. This role varies from day to day depending on the requirements of the ward.

You will be responsible for:

Supporting nursing staff
Cleaning and setting up rooms
Restocking rooms & equipment trolleys
Ordering supplies
Some interaction with tamariki & whanau as directed by nursing staff

Please note this position has minimal patient contact.
