Chrysalis Care is a local, quality home care provider for the elderly and adults with disabilities; covering Reading and the surrounding area. We are looking for carers who want to make a positive difference on a daily basis. Care is provided in the client’s own home, with time to deliver quality care and realistic time built in to get to the next client. Our client’s receive a minimum call time of one hour.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience isn’t necessary as full training is provided, including induction and full shadows
• Full UK driving licence and a car is essential
• Professional and compassionate approach

• Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress.
• Drive to various locations as required for home care visits.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide updates and support.
• Utilize IT skills to manage patient information and documentation efficiently.
  Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
  Pay: Up to £140.00 per day
