Description

What will the Role entail?Conduct clinical procedures (e.g., phlebotomy, ECGs, vital signs) and assist in daily clinical trial activities
Ensure trial protocols are adhered to, and documentation is completed accurately
Assist with trial start-up, execution, and close-out tasks, including regulatory document management and sample processing
Communicate with stakeholders and ensure the smooth operation of clinical areas
Promote patient safety, wellbeing, and adherence to safeguarding and confidentiality protocols
Maintain clinical trial databases and ensure timely incorporation of protocol amendments

What will you need to succeed?Minimum 1 year as Band 4 in a clinical ward or 2 years as Band 3/4 or equivalent
Experience in clinical trial delivery and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Knowledge of EU Clinical Trials Directive, UK Clinical Trials regulations, and the UK Policy Framework for Health and Social Care Research would be advantageous
Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
Ability to balance clinical, research, and administrative demands
