Responsibilities

LOOKING FOR A TRULY REWARDING ROLE WHERE YOU CAN MAKE A REAL DIFFERENCE EVERY SINGLE DAY?

We’re Cornerstone Healthcare, an award-winning care provider, and right now, we’re searching for a kind-hearted and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our brilliant team at Kitnocks House.
Tucked away in the Hampshire countryside, Kitnocks is a 63-bed home with four specialist units, each designed to offer calm, tailored care to people living with complex needs. Our focus is always on the person – not just the diagnosis – and we work hard to make every resident feel safe, seen and supported. Our home has a lovely atmosphere, a strong team spirit, and we’re proudly rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.
Oh, and did we mention? You’ll also receive a £250 Welcome Bonus when you join us! (T&Cs apply)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As part of our care team, you’ll play a huge role in helping residents feel valued, comfortable and as independent as possible.

Your days might include:

  • Supporting personal care routines with kindness and respect
  • Encouraging residents to take part in social activities and hobbies
  • Assisting at mealtimes and making sure dietary needs are met
  • Noticing and reporting any changes in wellbeing or behaviour
  • Always promoting choice, dignity and privacy

Worried about getting here? If you’re based in Southampton or nearby, we can help with tailored travel solutions – just ask when you apply.
