Health Care Assistant (HCA)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in Wolverhampton. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support, helping individuals maintain their dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and medication prompts where required.
• Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and family members.

Essential Requirements

• Previous care experience is essential.
• Valid CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Flexible and reliable with a commitment to high-quality care.
• Right to work in the UK.

• Safeguarding Adults
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
