e are looking for compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our agency team and work across care homes.


As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing.


Key Responsibilities:


* Provide personal care and support with daily activities.


* Assist residents with washing, dressing, toileting and continence care.


* Support residents with mobility and transfers.


* Assist with meals and hydration.


* Provide emotional and social support to residents.


* Follow individual care plans and instructions from senior staff.


* Observe residents and report any changes in their condition.


* Maintain accurate care records and documentation.


* Follow safeguarding, infection-control and health & safety procedures.


* Work effectively with Senior Carers, Registered Nurses and other care staff.


* Promote residents' dignity, privacy and independence at all times.
