About the Role

As a Care Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting residents to live comfortable, fulfilling and meaningful lives. Every day is different, and you'll make a genuine difference through the care, kindness and companionship you provide.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
  • Assisting with nutrition, hydration and mealtime support
  • Encouraging participation in hobbies, activities and social engagement
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Promoting independence, dignity and choice at all times
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding care
  • Participating in training and development opportunities
