JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in care homes and home care settings, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to implement care plans and assist clients with daily activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic IT skills to manage documentation and use electronic health records efficiently.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed.
  • A caring attitude with a passion for helping others is essential.
