We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care and support workers to join our team in Hartcliffe, Bristol. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to individuals in their homes, supporting their independence in the community and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and hygiene
- Support with daily living activities(food shopping, cleaning and budgeting)
- Provide companionship
- Support to explore activities locally
Requirements:
- Previous care experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and reliability
