This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with an annual salary of €30,000 for a 39-hour workweek.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their personal care needs are met while upholding the highest standards of care.
• Foster a harmonious and welcoming atmosphere for residents, their families, visitors, staff, and volunteers.
• Respect and support residents’ individual preferences and choices.
• Strictly maintain confidentiality concerning all residents and the Care Centre’s private information.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and local policies.
• Participate in mandatory and optional training programs as directed.
