REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred
• Basic knowledge of healthcare practices and patient care
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (advantageous for patient communication)
• Compassionate, responsible, and a team player
• Willing to work shifts or weekends (if required)

• Assist doctors, nurses, and therapists with day-to-day patient care
• Prepare consultation rooms and treatment areas
• Provide basic patient care, including checking vital signs and assisting with mobility
• Support with administrative tasks such as patient registration and record-keeping
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
