REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant or similar is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving patients safely.
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology is beneficial.
  • Must be willing to undergo background checks and health screenings as required by the facility.

  • Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
  • Help patients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist healthcare professionals with medical procedures as required.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and needs.
  • Document patient care activities accurately in accordance with facility protocols.
