Career Opportunities
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join us in the Finglas and Glasnevin area. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting Manor Homecare Team with providing exceptional quality care to clients of any stage of their life who wish to remain independent in their own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including dressing, washing, toileting, and mobility support.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support, encouraging independence and well-being.
  • Support with meal preparation, feeding, and household tasks such as light cleaning and laundry.
  • Assist with rehabilitation exercises and moving clients safely using mobility aids.
  • Accurately document care activities and report any changes in client condition.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control, and fire safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or relevant modules) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting.
  • Strong communication, time management skills
  • Compassionate, flexible, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Full clean drivers license & access to own vehicle required.
