·      Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in a high-dependency ICU environment.

·      Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording vital signs and escalating clinical concerns promptly.

·      Administer medications, intravenous therapies, blood transfusions, and prescribed treatments as per clinical protocols.

·      Operate and monitor critical care equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps, syringe pumps, nebulisers, and oxygen therapy devices.

·      Perform clinical procedures including IV cannulation, urinary catheterisation, nasogastric (Ryle's) tube insertion, tracheostomy care, suctioning, and wound dressing.
