Job Title: Healthcare Assistant
Location: LLMG Flagship – Singapore
Reports To: Head of Clinical Operations
Works Closely With: Head of Medical & Lifestyle Medicine, Assistant Practice Manager, Medical Directors, Team of Doctors & Nurses, Allied Health Practitioners, Clinic Operations Executive

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • O Level/NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Clinic Assistant, preferably in a primary care setting
  • AED/CPR trained will be a bonus
  • Ability to handling situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Familiarity with MOH guidelines on outpatient clinic operations, infection control, and patient confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to ongoing education in lifestyle medicine, personalised medicine, and innovation
  • Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine are highly desirable
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Healthcare Assistants play a support role in delivering high-quality and personalised healthcare while maintaining compliance with MOH healthcare safety and governance standards. Working closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals, you assist in clinical procedures, patient preparation, diagnostics, and follow-up care. Your clinical competence is combined with precision-driven care delivery. You are expected to handle back-office clinical responsibilities while maintaining the comfort, privacy, and high-touch experience expected in a medical environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support patients for consultations and procedures, ensuring physical and emotional readiness
  • Effective delivery of all services including preparing and assist in medical procedures, physical exams, blood draws, ECGs, urine tests, and other in-house diagnostics
  • Perform anthropometric assessments, including height/weight, BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure, and body composition scans
  • Set up consultation and treatment rooms, ensuring all instruments and materials are sterile and ready
  • Prepare, handle, and dispose of clinical instruments and materials in accordance with MOH and NEA infection control regulations
  • Ensure secure, accurate handling and storage of test results and reports in compliance with PDPA and MOH Records Retention Guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
