Your responsibilities

• You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility and companionship in line with each client’s care plan. You will record visits accurately, report changes in a client’s wellbeing promptly and follow safeguarding, infection prevention and medication procedures. You must attend calls on time and work alongside another carer whenever a visit requires two staff members
