Join Nursdoc’s growing team as a Healthcare Assistant supporting nursing homes in and around Bishop’s Stortford. Deliver person-centred care that promotes independence, wellbeing, and meaningful interaction in a nurturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 6 months’ experience in a UK healthcare setting (e.g., care home, community)
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service—or willingness to obtain one through Nursdoc
• Adaptable, reliable, and responsive to residents’ needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Assist with safe mobility, daily routines, and emergency care following safety protocols
• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming—with dignity and responsiveness
• Encourage resident engagement through social interaction and companionship
• Monitor residents’ health and wellbeing, reporting changes clearly within the care team
