EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a care setting is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with residents and colleagues.
• Familiarity with IT systems for documentation purposes is beneficial.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
• Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Support the implementation of care plans by monitoring residents’ health and reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Document care provided accurately in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.
• Drive to various locations if required for home care services, ensuring safe transport for clients.
