St Anne’s Residential home is located in the rural village of Whitstone, our residents are very special to the whole team and we pride ourselves in making a difference in each of their days.

  • Good communication and observational skills

  • Experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide personal care and daily living support in line with individual care plans
  • Assist with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding where necessary
  • Administer medication (for authorised staff) and document accurately
  • Support with activities and promote resident wellbeing
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control across all areas
  • Handle laundry, ensure residents’ clothing is properly labelled, and maintain linen
  • Report and record any incidents, accidents, or changes in residents’ conditions
  • Comply with all health & safety and confidentiality policies

SHIFT RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Assist with personal care, home care, meal times, complete laundry tasks, support in engagement in social activities, assist with toileting needs, support bedtime routines (list not exhaustive).
