We are looking for a unique Paediatric Health Care Assistant within the Weymouth area who can support a young male service user with profound disabilities therefore relies on others 24/7 to meet his needs and keep him safe. ABOUT THE ROLE

Our service user lives with his foster family in a warm and loving home environment. The successful applicant will partake in shadow shifts alongside a competent member of our service users’ care team until they feel ready to provide care without supervision.
This position is rewarding, person-centred and will equip the carer with a wide range of beneficial skills.
