ABOUT THE ROLE
Here at Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, we are looking for a kind, reliable and motivated Healthcare Assistant to support our vibrant service users living with progressive MS (multiple sclerosis) within their own home. MS is a lifelong condition that affects the brain and spinal cord, leading to a wide range of symptoms that vary over time. In this case, the condition has progressed to significantly impact the service user’s mobility, dexterity, and overall independence and therefore requires manual handling and support with other aspects of his personal care.
This position is rewarding, person-centred and will equip the carer with a wide range of beneficial skills.
