What you could expect day to day;

• Administering medication to clients in supported living services
• Working as part of a team
• Lone working
• Assist with patient hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Help patients with mobility and transfers. Including Hoist & Slide Sheet.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding for patients who require assistance.
• Document patient information accurately and timely

Access to own transport is essential.
All applicants must have 6 months within a UK care environment within the past 2 years.
