JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Assistant to support patients and ensure smooth operations at our retail outlet located within Singapore General Hospital. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in healthcare or retail preferred (but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on tasks
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and organized

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patients with the fitting of mobility assistive devices such as braces
• Provide excellent customer service for walk-in and phone enquiries
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment
• Perform cashier duties, including handling transactions and record-keeping
