• Assist Nurses in providing basic patient care, including activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene and patient comfort.
• Assist with patient transfer, positioning and transportation within the hospital while ensuring patient safety.
• Prepare patient areas, beds and necessary equipment to support smooth daily ward operations.
• Observe patients’ general condition and promptly report any changes or concerns to the Nurse-in-Charge.
• Maintain cleanliness, infection control and safety standards while working closely with Nurses and other healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; relevant healthcare or nursing-related certification will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience as a Patient Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant or in a hospital/healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
• Caring, responsible and patient-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to assist with patient mobility and routine patient care activities.
