  • Exceptional attention to detail—you double-check your work
  • Organized, reliable, and excellent at documentation and communication
  • Confident in handling sensitive financial conversations with clarity and professionalism

YOU’LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU ARE:

  • Looking for a team that values your behind-the-scenes expertise
Responsibilities

TIRED OF SPENDING HOURS ON REPETITIVE BILLING TASKS? WE ARE TOO.

At Children’s Therapy Solutions, we’ve invested in a powerful AI-driven EMR that automates much of the billing process—giving you more time to focus on claim accuracy, revenue flow, and patient account resolution. We’re a tight-knit pediatric therapy clinic that values efficient billing as much as compassionate care.
We’re looking for a Medical Billing Specialist who knows how to work smarter, not harder. If you’re driven by clean claims, love digging into denials, and thrive in a proactive and tech-forward environment—this role is for you.

YOUR CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and submit AI-generated claims for Speech, OT, PT, and Feeding Therapy
  • Post charges and payments with accuracy and accountability
  • Identify and resolve denied or unpaid claims through reprocessing or appeals
  • Spot and correct potential claim issues before submission
  • Reconcile EOBs/EOPs and ensure proper payer reimbursement
  • Ensure billing processes align with HIPAA and individual payer regulations
  • Provide clear, professional communication to insurance companies and patients when resolving billing issues
