We are hiring Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) to join our Pharmacy Benefit Management support team in Chandler, AZ. This position involves assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans through inbound calls. You will:

• Answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
• Help members better understand their benefits and options
• Provide solutions to simplify the healthcare experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ year experience in customer service (call center, retail, hospitality, military, etc.)
• Proficiency with Windows-based applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to problem solve positively and effectively
• Empathy and patience when assisting members
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional telephone etiquette
• 6+ months healthcare experience is a plus

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
