Job Description Call center environment - Centralized RCM and Scheduling calls for care centers across Colorado. Work from a queue to take inbound calls to respond and schedule appointments for all of 17 clinics Work through incoming emails during downtime on calls and make outbound calls to respond to voicemails Making appointments, verifying insurance participation, and being a welcoming voice for all patients calling Responsible for taking daily calls from patients, (already established patients) have a separate referrals team Verifying insurance on the front end, answering any non-urgent questions Working with doctors to maximize schedules, and eventually training this individual to help triage any optical issues Partnering with Doctors to assist in the scheduling process Will take 80-100 inbound calls per day Qualifications Minimum 6 months healthcare experience that's patient facing - Can be front desk as long as it's high call volume. Understand how patient insurance & scheduling works 1 year total call center experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
