Account specific roles & responsibilities: Reviewing completed work to ensure that it meets the standards for quality and accuracy before submission to billing. Analyzing medical records to identify potential causes of resubmission, rejection or denials. Contacting the client if an information is missing or if something needs to be clarified. Job Description: Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. At least 6 months BPO work experience in a Healthcare Account Must be located within NCR, Region 3 or Calabarzon Must have atleast 1 year of hospital or clinical experience Proficient in using MS Outlook, Excel, and other online tools Experienced in using any online or web-based patient charts or medical records system Excellent verbal & written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Adaptability to a changing work environment Amenable to working shifting schedule What can we offer you?
