We’re looking for a Healthcare Community Liaison to expand access to care across our continuum of services—Hospice, Home Medical Equipment (HME), and Case Management Programs. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and community organizations. Represent Healthkeeperz at community events, health fairs, and professional gatherings. Deliver engaging presentations that educate and inspire community partners. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service transitions and exceptional customer experiences. Track outreach activity and referral growth using our CRM system. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community relations (Hospice or HME preferred). Confident communicator and public speaker with strong relationship-building skills. Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
