Job Description AECOM Tishman is seeking an experienced Healthcare/Hospital construction Project Manager to join our team of professionals in mid-town Manhattan. Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BS Construction Management/Engineering or related curriculum and 6 years of construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Healthcare/Hospital construction experience. Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience in healthcare/hospital construction. Experience in design and construction coordination. Interiors experience in a healthcare/hospital/ambulatory care construction project. Proficiency in: Microsoft Office MS Project Bluebeam Procore Primavera P6 Experience with ADA compliance. Strong knowledge of NYC compliance, permitting, etc. Additional Information This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
