MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the healthcare industry in roles such as clinical practice, healthcare administration, health operations, or healthcare project management Strong healthcare background with a clear understanding of clinical and/or operational workflows Experience participating in digital transformation or IT implementation projects in healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn new technologies and ways of working.
  • Comfortable collaborating with both healthcare professionals and technical teams.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other digital health tools (including but not limited to: EHR, CRM).
  • Experience working on or alongside IT project teams, ideally involving CRM or digital health platforms.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodology or change management approaches.
  • Experience working with public and/or private healthcare clients, including hospitals, health departments, aged care providers, or community health organizations.
  • Involvement in or exposure to AI-driven healthcare initiatives ((including but not limited to: clinical decision support, predictive analytics, virtual health assistants).
  • Passionate about improving healthcare delivery through innovation, human-centered design, and digital tools.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, and lean team environments.
  • Actively engaged in the healthcare innovation ecosystem, professional groups, or research networks.
Responsibilities
  • Business analysis, including review of existing healthcare processes, systems, and documentation.
  • Lead and facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Define user requirements and document use cases specific to healthcare operations.
  • Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects in co-designing system solutions aligned to healthcare needs.
  • Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, focusing on usability and clinical/operational fit.
  • Provide input to project estimates specific to business analysis and healthcare domain support.
  • Support change management, user acceptance testing, and end-user training activities.
  • Participate in the configuration and validation of Salesforce solutions in line with business requirements.
  • Contribute to testing, documentation, and training materials tailored for healthcare users.
  • Engage in post-deployment hypercare to support user adoption in healthcare environments.
  • Provide feedback on continuous improvement opportunities, especially from a healthcare perspective.
