Account specific roles and responsibilities Promptly review and respond to incoming VOB requests from healthcare facilities. Complete and return VOBs to meet urgent processing requirements. Verify insurance eligibility, coverage details, in-network status, and any applicable co-pays or deductibles. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external facilities to ensure accurate understanding of insurance benefits. At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Insurance Account Good working knowledge with Verification of Benefits and Authorization Good verbal and written English skills Knowledge with MS Tools Must be willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong Amenable working night shifts What can we offer you?
