Are you an experienced Healthcare Data Migration Specialist ready to play a key role in a major Clinical Information Solution (CIS) transformation? This opportunity involves leading the strategic migration and archiving of critical patient and operational data from multiple legacy hospital systems into a unified, standardized CIS environment. You will develop and implement comprehensive data migration and master data management strategies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance throughout the process. Collaboration with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders will be essential to align data initiatives with operational needs and clinical workflows. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in healthcare data migration, proven success on major CIS projects, expertise in data governance and mapping, and strong communication skills to engage executives and multidisciplinary teams in both English and French.
