職務内容:
The UPS Healthcare Director of Sales formulates account sales strategies to meet enterprise business plans and maintain consistency across the marketplace. This position promotes internal relationships to provide sales support, improve communications, and provide customer connectivity. He/She oversees the quarterly Target Account Programs (TAP) to ensure revenue plans are equitable and to leverage potential business opportunities. This position manages others within the department.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant discipline. Master’s degree will be a plus.
• Possess at least 10 years of experience in Healthcare Sales, with managerial responsibilities
• Possess at least 10 years of direct experience in people management
• Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
• Demonstrated strength in sales and leadership.
• Analytical ability to drive sales growth and strategic thinking.
• Display good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written & spoken English. Other languages will be a plus.
