• 4–6 years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, or pharmaceutical field engagement
• Experience collaborating with both community organizations and healthcare professionals
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and compliance considerations when engaging HCPs
• Ability to synthesize community insights into provider-facing strategies and recommendations
• Skilled in relationship management, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
• Based in Houston with reliable transportation for frequent local travel

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Healthcare Engagement Specialist will lead provider-facing outreach while bridging insights from community engagement efforts into clinical discussions. This role manages relationships with healthcare providers, clinic staff, and health system leaders — while collaborating closely with Community Engagement Specialists to ensure outreach strategies address both community and provider perspectives.
This position is ideal for someone experienced in healthcare or pharmaceutical outreach who can communicate effectively with both clinical stakeholders and community-focused team members, aligning multiple perspectives into cohesive, actionable strategies for clients.
