This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Healthcare Experienced HR Manager based in United States. This role offers the opportunity to lead people operations in a growing organization where employee experience and operational excellence are key priorities. As a hands-on HR leader, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle while helping build scalable HR processes that support long-term growth. Working closely with leadership, you will ensure compliance, strengthen talent acquisition efforts, and foster an engaging workplace culture. The position combines strategic HR partnership with day-to-day operational responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys variety and ownership. You will play a critical role in supporting managers, enhancing employee engagement, and maintaining best-in-class HR practices. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment. \n Accountabilities: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and offboarding. Oversee multi-state HR compliance, ensuring adherence to employment laws and maintaining accurate, audit-ready employee records. Administer full-cycle payroll processes using HRIS platforms while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Lead full-cycle talent acquisition, from job description creation and candidate sourcing through hiring and onboarding. Administer employee benefits programs and develop initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and professional development. Partner with managers to provide guidance on employee performance, workplace policies, and HR best practices. Help design and implement scalable HR processes that support organizational growth and operational efficiency. Requirements: 3–5 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 2 years in a broad HR generalist role. Strong working knowledge of California and Arizona employment laws. Experience within healthcare or another regulated industry is highly preferred. Proficiency with HRIS platforms; experience with Rippling is a strong advantage. Previous experience in a high-growth or startup environment is preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Availability to work full-time during Pacific Time Zone business hours. Benefits: Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per year.
